"Susan and her team provide outstanding customer service and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs/requests are met. We have several policies, including multiple cars (and young drivers), and working through the various insurance options is no simple task. Susan and her staff help us greatly to make the best coverage decisions for our changing situations. Recently we had the misfortune of a large buck running into the side of our new and relatively low production car.
