Since that day, I've continued to receive personalized, informed help from her office. Samantha regularly reaches out to review and make policy updates. I have another State Farm policy in UT with a local agency there, and I only wish I could use Samantha for my out-of-state policy. She actually pointed out some errors in the UT policy that saved me money and potential future issues.
